Received wrong yellow

Hi, I ordered Cad yellow deep but received cad yellow hue, the actual paint in the tube. If this is the manufacturers mistake ,it should be corrected by, either the manufacturer or Artsupplies Australia (by making it clearer on the Winsor & Newton 'online ordering colour chart'. This is the second time this has happened when ordering cad yellow deep and receiving cad yellow hue (more of an orange). The first two 200ml tubes I kept, even though I wasn't happy with the wrong colour . This time I've decided to send them back , at my own expense and want to receive the correct colour yellow,at my own expense (return) for freight. I'm very disappointed with Artsupplies Australia as I'm a long time customer.

Dear Robyn,

Could you please send back the Cad Yellow Hue tubes, and we'll replace them with Cad Yellow deep?

We'll reimburse you the postage by issue you a discount code, which you can use for future purchase.

We deeply sorry for the mistake.

Kind regards,
Sherrie G

Great price and product but package was crushed during transit

I have ordered from Art Supplies Australia before and am very happy with their prices and products. They were prompt in dispatching my order and it arrived in a timely manner. I will definitely be buying from them again. However, I can only rate this order as 4 stars as the package, despite the padding inside, was crushed and some of the tubes of paint were a bit worse for wear. The box did have one piece of tape indicating that it was fragile but I wonder if having more would help the situation. I blame the carrier for the destruction of the box not Art Supplies Australia but I'm wondering if Art Supplies would consider increasing the padding in the package so that this doesn't occur again.
